How to Order
There are two ways to order our products:
- Online shopping in our SHOP,
- Email us your order at info@gayglobalstory.com.
Delivery:
We ship our products in discreet envelopes to the address you leave in your order.
Delivery of our products is possible in all countries.
The cost of delivery is included in the price of the order. After entering your address in the order form, the calculator will show you the shipping price.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates and can not be held responsible if your order does take longer.
Warranties & Guarantees
– Unless otherwise stated in the description of the product, all items sold on this website come with a 30 day guarantee against being faulty or becoming defective.
– The 30-day guarantee does not include items that have been damaged or misused, after being received.
– If an item arrives faulty, please follow use our contact form to let us know of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item.
– Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns & Exchanges
We can only accept back items that have been unused and are still in all their original packaging and with their tags and labels intact. Any items that have been damaged or have clearly been used will not be refunded.
